Principality of Hohenlohe
The Principality of Hohenlohe was a historical territory in what is now southwestern Germany. It existed as a principality from the early 19th century until the end of World War I in 1918. The region was known for its small size and was part of the larger Holy Roman Empire before becoming a part of the German Empire.
Hohenlohe was divided into several smaller principalities, including Hohenlohe-Langenburg and Hohenlohe-Oehringen. The ruling families, such as the House of Hohenlohe, played significant roles in local governance and European politics during their time. Today, the area is known for its rich history and cultural heritage.
