Princess Louise of Great Britain
Princess Louise of Great Britain was born on March 18, 1848, as the sixth child and fourth daughter of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. She was known for her artistic talents and became a skilled sculptor and painter. Louise played a significant role in promoting the arts and was involved in various charitable activities throughout her life.
In 1871, Princess Louise married John Campbell, the 9th Duke of Argyll, becoming the Duchess of Argyll. The couple had three children and lived in Scotland, where Louise continued her artistic pursuits. She was also active in public life, supporting numerous causes and organizations.
