Princess Chichibu
Princess Chichibu was a member of the Japanese imperial family, born on March 5, 1909. She was the daughter of Emperor Taisho and Empress Teimei. Her full name was Yoshiko, and she was known for her charitable work and dedication to social causes throughout her life.
In 1928, Princess Chichibu married Prince Chichibu, who was a younger brother of Emperor Showa. The couple had no children, and she became known for her support of various cultural and educational initiatives in Japan. Princess Chichibu passed away on May 16, 1995, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and service.
