Prince Henrik of Denmark
Prince Henrik of Denmark was born on June 11, 1934, in France as Henri de Laborde de Monpezat. He became a member of the Danish royal family after marrying Queen Margrethe II in 1967. Henrik held the title of Prince Consort and was known for his artistic pursuits, including painting and writing.
Throughout his life, Prince Henrik was involved in various charitable activities and represented Denmark at numerous official events. He was also known for his outspoken views on royal duties and his desire for a more prominent role within the monarchy. He passed away on February 13, 2018.
