Prince George, Duke of Kent
Prince George, Duke of Kent, was a member of the British royal family, born on December 20, 1902. He was the fourth son of King George V and Queen Mary. George served in the Royal Navy and held various ceremonial roles throughout his life. He was known for his interest in the arts and was involved in several charitable organizations.
Tragically, Prince George died in a plane crash on August 25, 1942, during World War II. He was married to Princess Marina of Greece and Denmark, and they had three children: Edward, Alexandra, and Michael. His legacy continues through his descendants.
