Portuguese Football Federation
The Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) is the governing body for football in Portugal. Founded in 1913, it oversees all aspects of the sport, including the organization of national leagues, cup competitions, and the Portugal national football team. The FPF is responsible for promoting football at all levels, from grassroots to professional.
The federation is a member of both FIFA and UEFA, which allows it to participate in international competitions. The FPF also works to develop coaching standards, referee training, and youth programs to enhance the quality of football in the country.
