Pm
Pm, or post meridiem, is a Latin term meaning "after midday." It is used to designate the time from noon (12:00 PM) to just before midnight (11:59 PM) in the 12-hour clock system. This system divides the day into two segments: AM (ante meridiem) for the morning and PM for the afternoon and evening.
In everyday use, Pm helps people understand the time of day in a familiar format. For example, a meeting scheduled for 3:00 PM occurs in the afternoon, while a movie starting at 7:00 PM takes place in the evening. This distinction is essential for organizing daily activities.
