Pluton
Pluton, also known as Pluto, is a dwarf planet located in the outer region of our solar system. Discovered in 1930, it was initially classified as the ninth planet but was redefined as a dwarf planet in 2006 by the International Astronomical Union. Pluton has a highly elliptical orbit that takes about 248 Earth years to complete.
Pluton is primarily composed of ice and rock, with a thin atmosphere that can expand and contract depending on its distance from the Sun. It has five known moons, the largest being Charon, which is nearly half the size of Pluton itself. The surface of Pluton features mountains, valleys, and large plains, showcasing a diverse and complex landscape.
