Ping Test
A Ping Test is a simple network diagnostic tool used to check the connectivity between two devices over a network. It sends small packets of data, called "ping" packets, from one device to another, measuring the time it takes for the packets to travel back and forth. This helps determine if the target device, such as a computer or server, is reachable and how quickly it responds.
The results of a Ping Test can indicate network performance issues, such as high latency or packet loss. It is commonly used by network administrators to troubleshoot connectivity problems and ensure that devices, like routers or switches, are functioning properly.
