Pig Latin
Pig Latin is a playful form of language often used by children. It involves altering the letters in English words to create a coded version. The basic rule is to take the first consonant or consonant cluster of a word, move it to the end, and add "ay." For example, "happy" becomes "appyhay."
If a word begins with a vowel, the word is simply followed by "yay" or "way." For instance, "apple" would become "appleyay." Pig Latin is not a formal language but a fun way to communicate, often used in games or as a secret code among friends.
