Physical Barriers
Physical barriers are obstacles that prevent movement or access to certain areas. These can include walls, fences, or natural features like rivers and mountains. For example, a fence around a garden keeps animals out, while a river can separate two communities. These barriers can be intentional, like security measures, or unintentional, such as a fallen tree blocking a path.
In addition to restricting movement, physical barriers can also affect communication and interaction. For instance, a high wall can limit visibility and make it difficult for people on either side to see or hear each other. Understanding these barriers helps us find ways to connect and overcome challenges in our environment.
