Phenotypes
A phenotype refers to the observable characteristics or traits of an organism, which result from the interaction of its genetic makeup, or genotype, with the environment. These traits can include physical features like height, eye color, and leaf shape in plants, as well as behavioral traits.
Phenotypes can vary widely even among individuals with the same genotype due to environmental factors such as nutrition, climate, and lifestyle. For example, two plants with the same genetic background may grow differently if one receives more sunlight or water than the other.
