Persian gazelles
The Persian gazelle, also known as the goitered gazelle, is a medium-sized antelope native to the arid regions of Iran and surrounding areas. These animals are well-adapted to their environment, featuring a slender body, long legs, and a light tan coat that helps them blend into their surroundings. They primarily inhabit grasslands, deserts, and scrublands.
Persian gazelles are social animals, often found in small herds. They are herbivores, feeding on grasses, leaves, and shrubs. Their keen eyesight and speed help them evade predators, such as wolves and leopards. Conservation efforts are in place to protect their habitats and ensure their survival in the wild.
