Percheron Horses
Percheron horses are a breed of draft horse known for their strength and versatility. Originating from the Perche region of France, they were initially used for farm work and heavy draft tasks. Typically, Percherons stand between 15.1 and 17.3 hands tall and can weigh between 1,800 to 2,200 pounds. They come in various colors, with black and gray being the most common. Their gentle nature and intelligence make them popular among horse enthusiasts and in equestrian activities.
