Paulet, 2nd Marquess of Winchester
Paulet, 2nd Marquess of Winchester (c. 1620–1684), was an English nobleman known for his role during the tumultuous period of the English Civil War. He succeeded his father, William Paulet, 1st Marquess of Winchester, and held the title of Marquess of Winchester from 1675 until his death.
He was a prominent figure in the House of Lords and served as a member of the Privy Council. His political career was marked by his loyalty to the monarchy, and he was involved in various royalist activities during the conflict between the Parliamentarians and Royalists.
