Passive Participants
Passive participants are individuals who take part in an activity or event without actively engaging or contributing. They may observe or listen but do not take initiative or play a significant role in discussions or decision-making. This behavior can be seen in various settings, such as classrooms, meetings, or social gatherings.
In contrast to active participants, passive participants often rely on others to lead or drive the conversation. While they may still benefit from the experience, their lack of involvement can limit their understanding and connection to the group. This dynamic can affect group outcomes and overall engagement levels.
