Partnership for Peace
The Partnership for Peace (PfP) is a program initiated by NATO in 1994 to enhance security cooperation between the alliance and non-member countries. It aims to promote stability and security in Europe and beyond by fostering dialogue, joint training, and military cooperation. PfP allows participating nations to engage in various activities, including peacekeeping missions and disaster relief operations.
Through the PfP, countries can work together on defense reform, interoperability, and crisis management. This partnership encourages nations to share best practices and improve their military capabilities, ultimately contributing to regional and global security efforts.
