Parliament of Cameroon
The Parliament of Cameroon is the legislative body of the Republic of Cameroon, responsible for making and passing laws. It is a bicameral institution, consisting of two chambers: the National Assembly and the Senate. Members of the National Assembly are elected by the public, while Senators are appointed by the President and elected by regional councils.
The Parliament meets in Yaoundé, the capital city, and plays a crucial role in the governance of the country. It debates various issues, approves the national budget, and oversees the actions of the executive branch. The Parliament also represents the interests of the Cameroonian people.
