Panther Tank
The Panther Tank, officially known as the Panzer V, was a German medium tank used during World War II. It was designed to counter the Soviet T-34 and featured a powerful 75mm gun, sloped armor for better protection, and a high mobility. The tank first saw combat in 1943 and quickly gained a reputation for its effectiveness on the battlefield.
The Panther Tank was produced in various versions, including the Ausf A and Ausf G, with improvements made throughout its production. Despite its strengths, the tank faced mechanical issues and was expensive to manufacture. It played a significant role in several key battles, including the Battle of Kursk and the Battle of the Bulge.
