P.A. Sangma
P.A. Sangma was an Indian politician and a prominent leader from the northeastern state of Meghalaya. Born on September 1, 1947, he served as the Chief Minister of Meghalaya from 1993 to 1998. Sangma was a founding member of the Nationalist Congress Party and played a significant role in regional politics, advocating for the rights of the indigenous people of Northeast India.
