Oxy-Acetylene Torch
An Oxy-Acetylene Torch is a tool used for welding and cutting metals. It combines oxygen and acetylene gas to produce a high-temperature flame, which can reach temperatures of around 3,500 degrees Celsius (6,332 degrees Fahrenheit). This intense heat allows for the melting and joining of metal pieces or cutting through thick materials.
The torch consists of a fuel gas cylinder, an oxygen cylinder, and a torch handle with valves to control the flow of gases. When ignited, the flame can be adjusted for different applications, making it versatile for tasks in metalworking, construction, and repair industries.
