Oscar Diggs
Oscar Diggs, often known as the Wizard of Oz, is a character from L. Frank Baum's beloved story. He is a small-time magician from Kansas who is swept away to the magical land of Oz in a tornado. There, he is mistaken for a great wizard and is drawn into a quest to help the inhabitants of Oz, including the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion.
