Orry-Kelly was an Australian costume designer known for his work in Hollywood during the mid-20th century. He was born on February 22, 1897, in Kiama, New South Wales, and became a prominent figure in the film industry, contributing to over 300 films. His designs were characterized by their elegance and creativity, earning him three Academy Awards for Best Costume Design.
