Oregon Circuit Courts
The Oregon Circuit Courts are the trial courts of the state of Oregon, handling a wide range of cases, including civil, criminal, family, and probate matters. Each of the 36 counties in Oregon has its own circuit court, which is organized into 27 judicial districts.
Judges in the Oregon Circuit Courts are elected to six-year terms and are responsible for ensuring fair trials and upholding the law. The courts also have the authority to hear appeals from lower courts and administrative agencies, making them a crucial part of the state's judicial system.
