Operational Camouflage Pattern
The Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) is a military camouflage design used by the United States Armed Forces. It was officially adopted in 2015 to replace the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern. OCP features a mix of earth tones and colors, allowing soldiers to blend into various environments, such as deserts, forests, and urban areas.
The pattern consists of a combination of greens, browns, and tans, which helps to break up the outline of a soldier's silhouette. This design is used on uniforms, gear, and equipment, enhancing the effectiveness of personnel in the field while improving their safety during operations.
