Onega Lake
Onega Lake is one of the largest lakes in Europe, located in northwestern Russia. It covers an area of approximately 9,700 square kilometers and is the second-largest lake in the country after Lake Baikal. The lake is known for its clear waters and numerous islands, with Kizhi Island being famous for its historic wooden churches, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
