Omnipotence
Omnipotence refers to the quality of having unlimited power and the ability to do anything that is logically possible. This concept is often associated with deities, such as God in various religious traditions, where it signifies the ultimate authority and capability to create, control, and influence all aspects of existence.
In philosophical discussions, omnipotence raises questions about the nature of power and the limits of what can be done. For instance, the classic paradox of the stone asks whether an omnipotent being can create a stone so heavy that even they cannot lift it, challenging the coherence of absolute power.
