Omani Rial
The Omani Rial is the official currency of the Sultanate of Oman. It is abbreviated as OMR and is subdivided into 1,000 baisa. The Omani Rial is known for its high value compared to other currencies, making it one of the strongest currencies in the world.
Introduced in 1977, the Omani Rial replaced the previous currency, the Omani Rial Saidi. The currency features various designs, including images of the Sultan of Oman, Sultan Qaboos bin Said, and symbols representing Oman's rich culture and heritage.
