Olympic Hockey
Olympic Hockey refers to the ice hockey and field hockey competitions held during the Olympic Games. Ice hockey is played on an ice rink, where two teams of six players each aim to score goals by hitting a puck into the opponent's net. Field hockey, on the other hand, is played on grass or artificial turf, with teams of eleven players using curved sticks to hit a ball into the goal.
Both forms of hockey have a rich history in the Olympics, with ice hockey debuting in 1924 and field hockey in 1908. The competitions feature national teams from around the world, showcasing top talent and fostering international sportsmanship.
