Nuxalk Language
The Nuxalk language is an indigenous language spoken by the Nuxalk people of British Columbia, Canada. It belongs to the Salishan language family and is primarily used in the community of Bella Coola. The language has a rich oral tradition and is integral to the cultural identity of the Nuxalk Nation.
Nuxalk is considered a critically endangered language, with only a small number of fluent speakers remaining.
