Nso heritage
The Nso heritage refers to the cultural practices, traditions, and history of the Nso people, an ethnic group primarily located in the Northwest Region of Cameroon. Their rich heritage includes unique customs, traditional attire, and vibrant festivals that celebrate their identity and community values.
Central to Nso heritage is the Nso Kingdom, which has a well-defined social structure and governance system led by the Fon, or king. The Nso people are known for their craftsmanship, particularly in pottery and weaving, as well as their oral traditions that preserve stories and legends passed down through generations.
