North Luangwa National Park
North Luangwa National Park is located in the eastern part of Zambia, covering an area of approximately 4,636 square kilometers. Established in 1972, it is known for its diverse wildlife, including elephants, lions, and various antelope species. The park is less visited than its southern counterpart, offering a more remote and untouched experience for nature lovers.
The park is characterized by its stunning landscapes, featuring river valleys, woodlands, and open plains. The Luangwa River runs through the park, providing a vital water source for the animals.
