Nodosaurus
Nodosaurus was a genus of armored dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 75 million years ago. It belonged to the group of dinosaurs known as ankylosaurs, which were characterized by their heavy body armor and club-like tails. Nodosaurus was primarily herbivorous, feeding on low-lying plants.
This dinosaur was notable for its distinctive body structure, featuring bony plates and spikes along its back for protection against predators. Fossils of Nodosaurus have been found in North America, providing valuable insights into the diversity of dinosaur life during its time.
