Nikolaus Ludwig von Zinzendorf
Nikolaus Ludwig von Zinzendorf (1700-1760) was a German religious leader and a key figure in the Moravian Church. He was born into a noble family and became known for his commitment to Christian unity and missionary work. Zinzendorf established the community of Herrnhut in 1722, which became a center for the Moravian movement and a model for communal living.
