Nikki Haley
Nikki Haley is an American politician and diplomat who served as the Governor of South Carolina from 2011 to 2017. She was the first woman to hold this position in the state. Haley gained national recognition for her leadership during the Charleston church shooting in 2015 and for her efforts to remove the Confederate flag from the state capitol.
In 2017, Haley was appointed as the United States Ambassador to the United Nations by President Donald Trump. During her tenure, she focused on issues such as human rights, international security, and U.S. relations with countries like North Korea and Iran.
