Nigerian Education
Nigerian education consists of a structured system that includes primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. The primary education lasts for six years, followed by three years of secondary education. After completing secondary school, students can pursue higher education at universities, polytechnics, or colleges of education.
The Nigerian education system is overseen by the Federal Ministry of Education, which sets policies and standards. Challenges such as inadequate funding, overcrowded classrooms, and varying quality of education exist, but efforts are being made to improve access and quality, especially in rural areas.
