Nigerian Bar
The Nigerian Bar refers to the legal profession in Nigeria, comprising lawyers who are qualified to practice law in the country. It is governed by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), which is responsible for regulating the conduct of lawyers, providing legal education, and promoting the interests of its members.
To become a member of the Nigerian Bar, individuals must complete a law degree from a recognized university and attend the Nigerian Law School. After passing the bar examination, they are called to the bar, allowing them to represent clients in legal matters and participate in the judicial system.
