Nguyen Xuan Phuc
Nguyen Xuan Phuc is a Vietnamese politician who served as the Prime Minister of Vietnam from April 2016 to January 2021. He was born on July 20, 1954, in Quang Nam province. Phuc is a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam and has held various government positions throughout his career, including Deputy Prime Minister.
In January 2021, he was elected as the President of Vietnam, succeeding Tran Dai Quang. During his tenure, Phuc focused on economic development, international relations, and improving the country's infrastructure.
