New York Baseball
New York Baseball refers to the professional baseball teams based in New York City, primarily the New York Yankees and the New York Mets. The Yankees, established in 1901, are one of the most successful teams in Major League Baseball (MLB) history, with numerous championships and a large fan base. The Mets, founded in 1962, have also achieved success, winning two World Series titles.
Both teams play their home games in iconic stadiums: the Yankees at Yankee Stadium and the Mets at Citi Field. The rivalry between the two teams, known as the Subway Series, adds excitement to the baseball season, drawing fans from all over the city.
