Nen Techniques are abilities used in the Hunter x Hunter universe, allowing individuals to manipulate their life energy, known as Nen. This energy can be harnessed for various purposes, such as enhancing physical abilities, creating powerful attacks, or even performing unique skills. There are six main categories of Nen Techniques: Enhancement, Emission, Manipulation, Transmutation, Specialization, and Conjuration. Each person has a natural affinity for one of these categories, which influences how they can use their Nen. Mastery of Nen Techniques requires training and understanding of one's own abilities.
