Neith
Neith is an ancient Egyptian goddess associated with war and hunting. She is often depicted as a woman wearing a crown with two arrows crossed over a shield. Neith was also considered a goddess of wisdom and creation, playing a significant role in Egyptian mythology. Her worship was prominent in the city of Sais, where she was regarded as a protector of the pharaohs.
In addition to her martial attributes, Neith was linked to the afterlife and was believed to assist in the mummification process. She is sometimes associated with the Nile River, symbolizing fertility and the sustenance of life. Neith's dual nature reflects the complexities of ancient Egyptian beliefs.
