Navratna
Navratna is a nine-night Hindu festival dedicated to the worship of the goddess Durga. It typically occurs in September or October and celebrates the victory of good over evil. Each night is associated with different forms of the goddess, and devotees engage in prayers, fasting, and cultural performances.
The festival culminates in Dussehra, which marks the triumph of Lord Rama over the demon king Ravana. During Navratna, many people decorate their homes, participate in community events, and perform traditional dances like Garba and Dandiya to honor the divine feminine energy.
