National September 11 Memorial & Museum
The National September 11 Memorial & Museum is located in New York City at the site of the former World Trade Center. It honors the nearly 3,000 victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and the 1993 bombing. The memorial features two large reflecting pools set in the footprints of the original Twin Towers, surrounded by a grove of trees.
