National Congress of Paraguay
The National Congress of Paraguay is the legislative branch of the government of Paraguay. It consists of two chambers: the Chamber of Senators and the Chamber of Deputies. The Congress is responsible for making laws, approving the national budget, and overseeing the executive branch.
The Chamber of Senators has 45 members, while the Chamber of Deputies has 80 members. Both chambers are elected by the citizens of Paraguay. The Congress meets in the capital city, AsunciĆ³n, and plays a crucial role in the country's democratic process.
