Nahrungsnetze
Nahrungsnetze, or food webs, illustrate the complex feeding relationships among organisms in an ecosystem. They show how energy and nutrients flow from one organism to another, starting from producers like Pflanzen that create energy through photosynthesis, to various levels of consumers, including Herbivoren and Karnivoren.
In a food web, each species can be part of multiple food chains, highlighting the interconnectedness of life. For example, a Fisch may eat Insekten, while also being preyed upon by larger animals like Vögel. This complexity helps maintain ecological balance and biodiversity.
