NGC 6676
NGC 6676 is a barred spiral galaxy located approximately 100 million light-years away in the constellation Pegasus. It was discovered by the astronomer Édouard Stephan in 1879 and is part of a group of galaxies known as the Stephan's Quintet.
This galaxy features a prominent central bar structure and exhibits signs of active star formation. Observations of NGC 6676 have revealed interesting interactions with nearby galaxies, contributing to our understanding of galaxy evolution and dynamics in the universe.
