NGC 4530
NGC 4530 is a barred spiral galaxy located approximately 60 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo. It is notable for its bright central bar structure and well-defined spiral arms, which are characteristic features of barred spiral galaxies.
Discovered by William Herschel in 1786, NGC 4530 has an apparent magnitude of about 11.5, making it faintly visible through small telescopes. The galaxy is part of the Virgo Cluster, a group of galaxies that includes many other interesting celestial objects.
