NGC 155
NGC 155 is a spiral galaxy located in the constellation of {Cetus}. It is approximately 60 million light-years away from Earth and is part of the {Luminous Infrared Galaxy} category, which means it emits a significant amount of infrared radiation due to star formation.
Discovered by {John Herschel} in 1834, NGC 155 has a diameter of about 100,000 light-years. Its structure features a bright central bulge surrounded by spiral arms, making it an interesting object for astronomers studying galaxy formation and evolution.
