NFL Offseason
The NFL offseason is the period between the end of the regular season and the start of the next season. It includes important events like the NFL Draft, where teams select new players, and free agency, when teams can sign players whose contracts have expired. This time allows teams to evaluate their rosters and make necessary changes.
During the offseason, teams also participate in organized team activities (OTAs) and mini-camps to help players prepare for the upcoming season. Coaches work on strategies and build team chemistry, while players focus on improving their skills and conditioning.
