N1 rocket
The N1 rocket was a Soviet launch vehicle developed in the 1960s to transport crew and cargo to the Moon. It was designed to compete with the American Saturn V rocket during the Apollo program. The N1 was a massive rocket, standing about 105 meters tall and capable of carrying heavy payloads into space.
The N1 rocket had four test flights between 1969 and 1972, but all of them ended in failure. Despite its ambitious goals, the N1 program was eventually canceled due to technical challenges and the changing priorities of the Soviet space program.
